Remember Me?: Chambray, Johnny Cash, and Abandonment Issues
Remember me? No? Well, my name is Emily. Nice to meet you (but not in the creepy way of 42 year old men in chat rooms). Sometimes I write this blog, and sometimes I go to Africa and ditch this blog for months and months. Now that I’ve returned (for now, anyway), I’ll try to actually post some outfits once in a while. Failing that, I will post copious amount of travel photos that mean nothing to any of you.
Now, please excuse me while I abandon you again to eat brie, read Courtesy Laugh, and not cut my hair.
PS: I may have been gone for a while, but I still love chambray and Johnny Cash-esque semi-suits.
Remember Me?: wide-leg jeans (Old Navy, $15), chambray button-up (thrifted, $2), Armani blazer (vintage, thrifted, $3), bag (gift), belt (thrifted, $1), wedge booties (Old Navy, $12), glasses (random, $3), jewels (various, some from Africa).
New, hideous-but-I-love-them glasses. Also, I have a total can-opener tooth.

Your glasses are NOT HIDEOUS, they fit you SO WELL. Also, your travel photos mean everything to me. That’s because I photoshop that nun taking a picture of herself into all of them.
I do, indeed. And thank God (literally?) for that nun. She makes all travel photos 100 times better. Or at least three times (she’s big on the trinity).

i’m glad that you’re back! christopher is going to chicago this weekend and i aaaaaaaaaaaalmost went with him just to see your pretty face. but i’ll definitely be around those parts soon and can’t wait to see you when i do.
